Trantalis Travel is a travel agency specializing in excursions and transfers, based in Agia Pelagia, Heraklion, Crete. This website and its related services are owned and managed by Trantalis Travel. By accessing and using this website, you fully agree to these Terms of Use.

Excursion & Tour Services

Through this website, users can view available tours (lasting 4, 6, or 10 hours) and submit booking requests. Submitting a request does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is considered valid only after confirmation from our company via email or telephone. Customization of itineraries is available upon request.

Prices & Payments

All listed prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices cover transportation, the driver/escort, and fuel. They also include entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, theme parks, meals, or tastings, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The fee for hiring a professional tour guide is not included in the price and, if selected, must be paid upon pick-up. Regarding the cost, we will send a relevant email with all the necessary information.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation or date changes are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. Trantalis Travel reserves the right to retain any deposit in the event of late cancellation or a no-show, except in cases of sudden illness, which is proven in writing by a relevant medical opinion.

Limitation of Liability

Trantalis Travel is not liable for technical issues on the website, loss of personal belongings left in the vehicles, or delays/cancellations due to force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, unexpected road events, etc.).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Heraklion, Crete.
